WHANGANUI RIVER

For over 60 years, I have had a keen interest in the Whanganui River - its history, scenery and its isolation which makes it ideal for peaceful trips away from civilisation.

To date, I have canoed it some 21 times and hope to make even more trips down it in the future.

I'll be expanding these pages with accounts of trips with photos.
